Submissions
By submitting an attempt, you confirm you have the right to share the materials you send. Submitting does not create an obligation for us to invest, respond beyond our stated process, or enter any relationship. It does not make us fiduciaries or advisors to you.
Confidentiality and NDAs
Like most venture firms, we do not sign NDAs to review initial pitches — we see too many adjacent ideas for that to be workable. What we offer instead is our standing practice: submitted materials are treated as confidential, used only for evaluation, and never shared outside our diligence process without your consent. If a conversation advances to deep technical diligence, we will put appropriate agreements in place at that stage.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, or investment, legal, or tax advice. Any offering would be made only through definitive documents to qualified parties.
